The treatment generally lasts 60 minutes. We start with a brief initial consutation during which I get to know you and your history. Following that, the treatment will be tailored specifically to you. Afterwards, you will remain on the mat for a few extra minutes to allow everything to continue to have an effect.
Shiatsu takes place on a soft mat on the ground. Please bring comfortable clothing (such as jogging pants or leggings, a long-sleeved or short-sleeved t-shirt) and fresh socks for the session.
Absolutely, depending on the stage of your pregnancy, we will use appropriate cushions to support your belly and provide you with a comfortable and relaxing experience. This strengthens the connection between mother and baby and helps alleviate common pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, sciatic pain, or heartburn. Additionally, Shiatsu helps to strengthen confidence in your own body and be well-prepared for childbirth.
Absolutely, it’s never too early to start with prevention and one should treat oneself or another person more often. Perhaps a gift certificate would be the perfect present for any occasion. You are welcome to pick it up directly from me or I can send it to you by mail free of charge.
Shiatsu is a private service and may be covered by some private health insurances. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about their coverage policies.

If you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify me by phone (call, text message, WhatsApp, voicemail) at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise I will have to charge you for the session.
